3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By placing an order you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Products & descriptions

We try to describe products and images accurately. Product information (including ingredients, features such as "antimicrobial" or "photocatalytic") is as provided on the product page. Any performance/health claims are subject to applicable regulations - customers must follow label instructions. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue or modify products at any time.

5. Orders & acceptance

a. Placing an order on the Site is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order by email.

b. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including: product unavailability, pricing errors, failed payment authorization, or suspected fraud.

6. Prices & payment

a. Prices displayed include applicable taxes. Shipping/handling fees are added at checkout.

7. Shipping & delivery

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds follow the policy below. Certain items (e.g., sealed hygiene-sensitive products once opened) may be non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet policy conditions.

C. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Shipping area

3. Failed deliveries & incorrect address

D. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Right to cancel

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible - follow returns procedure.

2. Hygiene / Non-returnable items

Opened or used intimate/hygiene-sensitive items, or items clearly marked non-returnable, cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Defective / Damaged goods

If you receive defective/damaged items, notify us within 48–72 hours with photos at info@aryavedicnaturals.com. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

4. Return process

a. Request a return via your account or email info@aryavedicnaturals.com.

b. Pack item in original packaging and send via specified courier.

c. Refund processed within 7–14 days of receiving returned goods; refund to original payment method.

5. Refunds & deductions

Shipping charges are refundable only in cases where we are at fault. Return shipping may be at customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges handled as return + fresh order unless specified.

E. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PATENTS CLAUSE
